ETF inflows into international markets have been impressive. With the Draghi Drop supposedly coming in June, the potential for some stimulus is taking investors into Euro Region positions. This will be the first time that Draghi will actually have to put his money where his mouth is. With the hope that there will be a sharp move lower for the Euro not playing out as expected, Mr. Draghi will be forced to do something – sometime in June.
