A quick check on EPS and Sales surprises for this reporting period shows that sales are not keeping up with estimates and that is causing some consternation.

We have been looking at forward estimates and this is a trend that appears to be continuing. The problem is that EPS estimates are holding and actually moving higher, while sales estimates are dropping. Not a good sign moving forward.
