We know that the $447 jobs proposal is made up of about 50% extensions of tax reductions that are simply being maintained. Then there is the other “stimulus” items that will be made up of a variety of funds for infrastructure projects etc.

There is a requirement that this plan will not add to the deficit. Therefore there are cuts to entitlement and additional revenues that will be generated from additional taxes.
