Meanwhile, Russia has said that its air and water quality are not compromised, according to the report. However, it is "dissatisfied" by Japan's efforts at cooperation, the report added. Japan has been battling to contain a nuclear crisis since a massive earthquake and tsunami struck the country on March 11.
