Rule 1: You Buy GE, Not Sell it…Right?

General Electric (GE) – you have heard of them right? That little company that makes light bulbs and other necessary items has been under siege recently. Most investors, especially those that have been in the game for decades usually have a position in the stock for years and have never thought about selling…until now. In fact, when I ask most why they have GE, they usually tell me that it is something they always had, often time due to an inheritance.

But now, the company that just received a $3 billion deal from the Iraqi government and the potential for an unlimited amount of orders of energy efficient light bulbs via the Obama restructuring plan is looking, well…weak. How is it that the financial took this once beloved company down in less than a year?
