Sure, Mr. Buffett provided a good amount of wiggle room that provided a backdoor for his call to &#8220;BUY AMERICAN&#8221; &#8211; now. But he did tell us that it was time to put money to work. Now, markets are down considerably, his holdings are a mess and he looks back to a bad call in retrospect.<\/p>\n<p>Is he sorry that he, the richest and most successful investor may have persuaded investors to add to their investments at a very bad time? Should he be?
