It stands to reason that the most mature are the oldest and furthest away from their own industrial revolution and those that have the greatest potential<!--more--> are ones with the largest populations.<\/p>\n<p>From Investors:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>U.S. and European cities are the most competitive overall when taking into account factors like human capital and financial maturity.
