The excitement was <em>overwhelming <\/em>and even CNBC was playing music all week in honor of the debut.<\/p>\n<p>If I were to play a song for this dog, it would have <!--more-->to be <strong>Taps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thedisciplinedinvestor.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/pandora_ugly-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-13822\" title=\"pandora_ugly\" src=\"https:\/\/thedisciplinedinvestor.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/pandora_ugly-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"582\" height=\"420\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Even though warning signs were everywhere, a flurry of buying was seen at the open. Rising to a high of near $26, it was very soon after that the bulls ran out of energy and the stock collapsed. (It took all of 15 minutes for the run-up to end). It is not 1999&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>We were able to get a small piece of this for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedisciplinedinvestor.com\/blog\/mailbox\/tdi-investment-fund\/\"><strong>clients<\/strong><\/a> as a short-sale, close to $20. We closed it for a decent gain yesterday.
